What will we cover?
Finding your values We’ll explore personal work, guiding you to define your unique core values. We’ll explore how these values connect to the philosophy of yoga and best teaching and business practices.
Craft your mission statement Using your core values, we’ll work together to help you write a mission statement that guides your personal and professional life. In this way, your life, teaching and business will connect into one cohesive unit, allowing for balance and authenticity in every aspect of your day.
Connect and support Together with your coordinators and the rest of participants, we’ll ask the hard questions, share our struggles and triumphs and gather insights from other professionals in the industry on teaching, leading retreats, owning studios and longevity as a yoga and healing professional. You’ll leave with access to our support group for ongoing professional and personal support.
Renew and refresh With our private sunset boat ride, networking dinner and beachside cabana round tables, you’ll have a chance to learn and grow in a luxurious and relaxing environment. Let us take care of you, so you can return home and take care of others with a full cup.
What does the weekend look like?
Arrive Friday evening to a private sunset boat tour where you can unwind and connect with our group of passionate yoga teachers and professionals. We’ll leave everything else behind to go inward and re-connect to our authentic selves
Awaken each day to an inspiring beachside yoga class as you reconnect with your own passion for the practice.
Ignite your mind in our full day of programming, designed to deepen your connection to your own voice and empower you to bring this clear vision into your teaching practice and business
Connect in our networking dinner and bonfire (included in your ticket) where we continue the conversation to help build a support system you can rely on long after our retreat ends.

Your ticket does not include accommodations, however we’ve secured room blocks at two of the most popular hotels in the area. Our dinner and beach cabanas will be at the Costa d’ Este resort where a Contemporary King Balcony room starts at just $199 per night (plus taxes & fees). You can also use our discount code at the Hamton Inn for just $174 per night (plus taxes & Fees)
Hampton Inn & Suites Vero Beach Downtown is less than three miles from area beaches and a short walk from Miracle Mile Plaza. Head to Vero Beach Fashion Outlets and Indian River Mall for bargains – both within nine miles. Vero Beach Regional Airport is a 10-minute drive away.
