Join us for a 1-hour all levels yoga class specifically designed to support those living with anxiety and depression

After class, we will experience a 30-minute community building discussion Q & A regarding the month's topic

You will receive a recording of our session to borrow sequences and concepts for your own classes

You'll be able to connect with teachers from all around the world to ask questions and provide peer support
